Agile Coach Skills:Both strong leaders and advocates for the adoption of Lean-Kanban, Agile Coaches must be assertive about adherence to Kanban principles and enthusiastic about Kanban practices and their benefits.
They are both consultants and coaches, and thus possess great interpersonal skills, teaching abilities, and a capacity to guide, inspire, and motivate.
In order to stay ahead, Agile Coaches must be self-taught, and they must constantly be updating their knowledge, attending conferences, professional training, and continuously learning.
Coach characteristics:
·Proven experience in coaching teams and programs through the adoption ofLean-Kanban practices and principles
·Experienced with value stream design, product flow, systems thinking, design thinking with a focus oninfrastructure
·Metrics-driven approach, with emphasis on outcomes and strategic vertical alignment
·Are strong change agents and can influence mindset and behaviors, including those of senior leaders
·Love of coaching and supporting people to adjust to and embrace changes to their waysof working
·Apply innovative and creative thinking in order to solve problems and get things doneCertifications:Relevant Agile advanced certifications through LeanKanbanUniversity, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.Org, Scrum.Inc, SAFe and Disciplined Agile Consortium
