The preferred candidate will be someone with the analytical rigor and strategic thinking to present data through storytelling, and the ability to develop process improvements and efficiencies to drive our business forward.

We look for an individual who is passionate about and has experience in the areas of data analysis, reporting, project management, as well as leadership, to be able to confidently provide guidance to junior members on the team.Responsibilities:Work very closely with key client contacts and peers to lead and support all ongoing and ad hoc reportingLead, develop, build out and speak to all program analysis, including ability to transform raw data into actionable insights for internal and external teamsProvide thought leadership in ways of improvement keeping up to date on all relevant product knowledge, consumer and industry trends, etc.

to drive advocacy, performance, and resultsRespond to changing client, program, team and organizational needs and requirements with an ability to generate viable new approaches and solutionsBe able to think critically to drive process efficiencies and further develop analytical frameworks and synergies across different teamsManage and develop in/direct reports to achieve client objectives and targetsLiaise with field and HQ teams to communicate program feedback and growth opportunitiesWork closely with other internal and cross functional teams as neededBe familiar with and be able to manage overall program plan and budgetsContribute to business development targets as part of the overall vision to grow and innovate Qualifications: University degree in Business/Marketing/Analytics2-4 years of experience working on retail marketing programs and/or marketing analytics (i.E.

have some practical understanding of what happens at the ground level and how it ultimately impacts the overall success of a program or project.)Knowledge of telco and/or consumer electronics industry a must1-3 years of agency experience, in a client facing role strongly preferredDemonstrated analytical and math skills; ability to interpret and summarize data into insightsProficient in Microsoft Office suite / GSuite (especially in Excel and PowerPoint), and technologically savvyFinancial acumen and knowledge an assetLeadership skills: experience with team management, with ability to engage and grow direct or indirect reports, and proven success to drive team projects from start to finishExcellent communication skills – comfortable and able to adapt verbal and written communications appropriately to different audiencesStrong attention to detail, highly organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time, i.E.
