We are seeking an Account Manager with experience in our industry to cover our Eastern Canada Territory which includes Quebec and the Maritimes.

This role works from a home office.Our Company Values:Authenticity & IntegrityBias to ActionCreativity & EngagementDiversityEnvironmental CareKnowledge Sharing & TeamworkQuality & SafetyWorking Hard While Having FunPrimary Function:The Account Executive is responsible for taking a consultative approach to selling Ampacet’s masterbatch solutions to customers and prospects within their assigned territory; achieving and maintaining profitability KPIs.RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain and continue to build upon strong value and solutions-oriented relationships with current accounts in the assigned territory.

Research, seek out, and develop prospective new relationships to promote Ampacet solutions with both Processors as well as select OEMs.Support Key Account Managers’, Market Development and Strategic Business Unit Managers’ strategies for select major accounts.Vigilantly maintain contact with Major Accounts in territory to ensure Ampacet is meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.Develop and maintain expertise in Ampacet’s product offerings and capabilities to determine the best solutions to customer needs and helping them make informed decisions.Maintain expertise in competitor activities, the masterbatch market, and plastics industry in order to proactively drive business growth.Complete all necessary strategic and support work on time including:Pre call plans, call reports, expense reports, updating contact records, appointment scheduling, customer follow-up, etc.Provide Sales Manager with regular itinerary and pipeline reports.Review territory sales performance and expenses with Sales Manager weekly.REQUIREMENTS:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or Chemistry.
·3 – 5 years’ of plastics industry experience and color concentrate/compounding sales experience with particular emphasis in blow molding and injection molding preferred.

·Superior customer relationship building skills and experience uncovering unmet needs
·Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills required
·Proficient computer skills:MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Dynamics CRM customer relationship management software.

·Able to leverage technology to conduct business and meetings effectively and efficiently remotely.
·Must be able to travel overnight up to 50-60% of the time
·Note: The preferred geographic location of this position will be in the Greater Montreal area.The candidate will work out of their home office.

·Must be fluent in French (verbal & written)
·Must have a valid driver’s license
