This position will interact across channels and markets with several departments, including Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Business Intelligence units.Job Summary/Responsibilities:Email Management/Sales ServiceThe sales coordinator will work directly with Goli Account Executives to meet revenue goals and manage the customer-facing wholesale experience for our international distribution network.Understand deal structures, assist the sales team with standard and non-standard purchasing requests, ensure all purchase orders are accurate and properly tracked.Assist in the organization of our shared Distribution inbox, servicing initial customer inquiriesScheduling internal and external meetings, taking minutesOperational ExcellenceThe chosen candidate will assist the Wholesale team in managing CRM/ERP operations, including purchase funnels and pipeline management.Work with Business Intelligence to build out and maintain reporting needed by the business in order to scale and make smart, sales data-driven decisions.Attributes & Qualities:Highly adaptableProven ability to work independently and under pressureCustomer Service experienceStrong interpersonal skills in all mediums (phone, in-person/video, email)Excellent organizational and project management abilitiesAttention to detailA passion for identifying efficiency opportunitiesEducation and Experience1+ years of relevant experience preferably within a sales environmentPsst!Have you seen our segment on the Ellen Show?https://tinyurl.Com/y6ffvnsf
