Your new companyOur client is aSwiss-based globally operating process and laboratory instrumentation and automation supplier.Your new roleResponsible for providing operative sales support to the respective channel partners of the assigned area.

Assist channel sales in promoting our client’s integrated offering of products, solutions, and services to customers and prospects in the assigned territory including onsite sales support when required for channel customers to assist the channel sales representative.

Ensure our customers’ needs are understood by the organization and that they are satisfied in a timely, professional, and sustainable way.

Geographical sales territory is all central Canada.Support the channel sales rep in the selling of the full range of our client’s products, engineered solutions, and services in a competent and professional mannerSystematic and conscientious customer serviceSupporting channel with operative (day to day) support including but not limited to TSP requests, EQI requests.Sharing of project and market intelligence with other function associatesProactive account planning in CRM tool Salesforce in conjunction with Regional Sales ManagerFinal user business review on a periodic basis and to review with channel stakeholdersCall reports for channel support customer call logged in Salesforce along with future customer task scheduling in SalesforceQuarterly review of strategic plan and activities with the regional sales managerMutual establishment of annual Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with Regional Sales ManagerAdvising the customer on the proper application of Endress+Hauser products and servicesGathering input from other organization functions to fully satisfy the customers’ needsAny other duties as assignedWhat you’ll need to succeedPost-secondary technical education preferably in instrumentation, process control, automation, electronics, or engineeringBilingual in French and EnglishMinimum 3 years of industry experienceMinimum 2 years of Technical Sales experience (products/services) or equivalentExcellent communication skills to work well with diverse individuals, groups and with internal & external customersAbility to work well under pressure and within tight deadlinesStrong desire to understand customer process and to provide consultative guidance to improve their process by applying organizations solutions.What you’ll get in returnThe ability to work for a leadingglobally operating process and laboratory instrumentation and automation supplier.What you need to do nowIf you’re interested in this role, click ‘apply now’ to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn’t quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career
