Legal Suite is looking for a Sales Executive (M/F) based in Montreal to join our team.Position Objective/MissionDrive new sales and retain and grow an existing client to the corporate marketplaceMeet annual new sales quotaConduct face to face meetingsDemonstrate and sell across the whole product bagMaintain a pipeline of at least 4 times new sales quotaUpdate CRM on an ongoing basis and work all pipeline opportunitiesConsultative Selling Skills: listen, ask probing questions to uncover customer needs, and gain trust and credibility.New business mining, prospecting and cold calling skills: uncover high volume of new business opportunities via web or other databasesEffective sales presentation skills: engage in two-way dialogue to effectively tie value proposition back to customer needsTerritory Management Skills: effectively prioritize selling activities and maximize selling timeAccurate Forecasting: forecast with 90% accuracyCommunication Skills: hold effective and persuasive conversation with C-level executives and identify key decision makersCommitment to People: professional, courteous, respectful and friendlyCollaboration/Partnership: team oriented, generous with sharing best practices and feedbackCustomer first: customer-centric mentalityIntegrity: operates honestly and with high standard of ethicsDelivering results: focused and able to take initiative, motivated, self-starterPositive attitude: enthusiasm, energy, passion, curiosity.
