Lexop: Sales Development Representative


This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted February 15, 2021.

We are looking for a candidate currently living in the Greater Montreal Region able to commute to our offices.

Our white-label collection software helps world-class companies remove friction from collections by offering the smoothest and most flexible self-service payment experience for their past-due customers.As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for inbound & outbound lead nurturingand qualification for the Account Executives.Responsibilities:Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generating targets.Qualify inbound leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs).Conduct high volume prospecting to generate outbound leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.Nurture inbound and outbound leads through to qualification for Account Executives.Maintain records of all activities and communications in the CRM to provide timely management information.Proactively learn Lexop’s solution, competitive solutions, and market knowledge.Analyze and identify the ICPs’ needs, challenges, and current processes.Work closely with the Head of Demand Generation to develop new strategies to grow the sales pipeline, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.Work with sales and customer success teams to continuously improve Lexop’s market appeal, from attracting prospects to solving the key issues they raise.Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.Role Requirements:Excellent English writing & speaking skills (business-oriented)Experience in B2B salesAutonomy and a high degree of organizationAuthentic, humble, and highly motivatedDesire to grow professionally with the company and personallyStrong judgment and business acumenBonus skills:Knowledge of the collection industryKnowledge of the Fintech environmentKnowledge of B2B SaaSKnowledge of Hubspot CRMWhy Lexop?Award-winning company backed by renowned investorsCentrally located office, 20 meters from Square-Victoria stationMonthly STM pass or rebate on parkingCompetitive healthcare coverageAnnual learning and development budgetSubsidized meals delivered to the office and a well-stocked kitchenMany social events and fun team building activitiesMinimum of 4 weeks of vacationCompensation:Competitive base salary+Yearly bonus+Incentive compensationIf this speaks to you, please apply.
