We aim for excellence.Job DescriptionUnder the authority of the IT Department Director, the Telecommunications Administrator is responsible for the maintenance, planning and well-functioning of the Avaya IP Office Telephone System, Avaya Contact Center Select Call Centers, Nuance Speech Attendant, and other telecommunications products at AIM.QualificationsMAC (Move, Add, Changes).Provide Technical Support on minor and major system problems.Daily administration and troubleshooting.System documentation.Interact with Vendors, and service providers when needed.On Call and Overtime when needed.Additional InformationExcellent knowledge in configuration, troubleshooting in Avaya environment: Avaya IP Office 11, ACCS 7, ASBCe 7, Nuance Speech Attendant, and other Telcom products.Excellent organizational skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience.Ability to work under pressure, team player.Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service techniques.Self-motivated and outstanding work ethics.Call center implementation and service experience an asset.Superior knowledge of telecom, datacom, IP and related technologies and applications.Has a logical mind and can work well under pressure.Energetic and self-motivated with a passion for the customer.College degree or equivalent experience.Excellent communication skills.Good command of French & English language both written and verbal.
