1VALET is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join its growing team.

Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the channel sales strategy.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing hard-working group that’s changing the future of apartment and condo livingResponsibilities Design and implement channel sales & strategy Identify, recruit, and collaborate with partners in regards to successful engagement, launches, and enablement up to and including the delivery of sales, product, and support training as required.

Meet or exceed channel revenue and influence targets Coordinate with the Sales Team on technical enablement for relevant partners.

Develop a technical enablement strategy that supports the channel sales strategy for the territory.

Support/facilitate the engagement of our internal sales and technical teams with partners’ sales and technical teams.

Strategize/coordinate with field marketing on the design and execution of marketing programs/events/campaigns to create interest and awareness among partners’ customers.

Requirements Located in the GTA Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (some travel required) University/College degree or equivalent experience.

5 years of experience with smart home, security, and low voltage 5 years of channel sales experience in an enterprise B2B environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.

Previous sales experience working with integration or security companies and/or in the following categories access control, CCTV, smart building components such as door locks, thermostats.

Strategic thinker and hunter mentality who takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving as well as the ability to generate ideas and solutions.

New partner development experience, as well as experience dealing with decision-makers within current relationships within the channel.
