Do you live to map out, operationalize, and scale customer journeys across multiple web properties?We are currently looking for a CRM Manager to join our growing and dynamic team of marketers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both e-mail marketing and push notification implementation.

You’ll be responsible to implement and use marketing automation platforms to set up email and push notification campaigns to educate, engage and ultimately convert users through a variety of websites.

Your goal will be to continuously test and adapt your approach to help understand the social psychology of our users and guide them through our web funnels.Working ConditionsYou must be comfortable working in the adult entertainment industry and being exposed to explicit content.ResponsibilitiesDrive & define the strategy of email and push notification campaignsDefine, analyze and report on core metricsExecute multi-channel acquisition and retention strategiesDevelop programs to improve user engagement including (but not limited to):Define roadmaps and customer journeysCreation of email collection strategiesEmail content creation & promotionsCreation of push notification strategiesPush notification engagement & messagingSegmentation of audiences (ultimately leading to 1to1 marketing approach)Increasing of key metrics (CTR, Conversions)Provide insights through analysis and data capturingImplement continuous A/B TestsEducation & SkillsA minimum of 3 years experience in a similar roleStrong understanding and experience implementing automation tools (currently we are using Campaigner for email and Izooto for push)Experience in email marketing with at least 2 of the following: affiliate marketing, website management, a/b testingExperience collaborating with different resources; product managers, designers, developers, traffic buyers, etc.A data-driven mindset with proven analytics expertise; ability to use web analytics to analyze performance and build and execute your planSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics)Expert understanding of current CRM marketing concepts, strategies and best practicesUser-first mindset with strong analytical skillsResourceful, proactive and creative problem solverAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionPassion for web technology and online marketingStrong project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of HTML/CSS is an asset
