6ix: Account Manager


This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted May 29, 2021.

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product.

This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities Working closely with all areas within the Customer Success Department, directly enabling the creation of digital assets (creative, social media, emails, ads, etc.) with a focus on driving attendees to 6ix summits (webinars).

Clearly and effectively communicate, organize and manage the order of prioritization, goals, deliverables, and constraints for a cross-functional team Enable your team members to hit their individual KPIs and OKRs by helping remove roadblocks to their success Work closely with your client-facing Team Lead andthe Account Manager, to make sure client expectations are met withcritical information coming from the clients are disseminated accurately to the team members you work with Build and improve documentation and guidelines for standardizing best practices and compliance across all aspects of platform delivery Continually evaluate, propose, test, and set systems for delivering the 6ix platform at scaleQualifications Project Management and/or Scrum certification e.G.
