As a Broking Operations – Process Quality & Escalations Manager, you will report directly to the National Director – Operations, Data & Analytics.Job Responsibilities:Manage the broking administration process and related escalations, ensuring quality products and services are created for Broking colleaguesCoordinate resolution efforts by working with the Training Manager and Broker Technical Administration Manager for identification and implementation of corrective and/or preventative actionsEnsure escalations are resolved within agreed upon timelinesReview and identify root cause for escalations, and identify and resolve process issues where requiredLiaise internally with Aon Client Services and Client Success teams to ensure quality of inputs throughout various systemsDevelop and manage collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across various business unitsInfluence others towards action and changeSupport leadership in strategic, business and operational planningDevelop and exemplify a culture that is fast-paced, supportive, innovative and funYou Bring Knowledge and Expertise:Experience / knowledge of the Insurance Industry is an assetExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbally and writtenStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to manage workload and priorities with little oversightAbility to work collaboratively as a key member of a national teamProven analytical and problem-solving skillsEducation:Postsecondary degree or equivalent, having studied Business, Finance, Marketing, Management and/or Analytics.Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
