is a company that offers professional accounts receivable management and debt collection services.

Its clientele consists of major creditors from various fields within the private and public sectors.

ARO is currently looking for a Senior Vice President of Operations to contribute to the development of the company’s business.

The Senior Vice-president of operations will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for a team of more than 150 people.

The As ARO is in the midst of a period of innovation, we are looking for a person with a great sense of initiative and comfortable with technology.

The candidate’s experience in management and business development will be important assets.

As customer service is a priority for ARO, the Senior Vice President of Operations will also be responsible for developing and maintaining high-level business relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities: Support and enable a culture of best practices that distinguishes ARO as a leader in the credit & receivables management industry Oversee the day to day operations to meet and surpass our client audit and work plan requirements.

Participate in monthly reviews with Branch Managers and CEO Contribute to the company advancement with innovative initiatives that reduce cost, increase productivity and profitability through various avenues.

Development of comprehensive Collection Contact & segmentation Strategy with robust test and control framework.

Foster and promote a change management process during champion & challenger validations Replicate and validate all client work plan expectations (MSAs, Memos and communications) to form baseline performance requirements including work force allocations per client.

Ensure operational compliance with all legislations and governing laws, including client contracts & agreements.

Prepare, implement and assure adherence to work plans with the assistance of RISQUE Team (e.G.

Mechant Mardi), target development and remedies as required.

Ensure the incorporation of all changes into all training and development materials and subsequent deployment.

Responsible for adherence to internal control framework and good business practices are implemented and maintained.

Maintain high standard of client relationship management, while enhancing organic growth across existing client base.

Analyses and review of operating results, trends and reporting.

Development of operating P& L plans (monthly and rolling 90 day).

Participate and contribute to the 3-5 year ARO vision with a focus on key business drivers and opportunities for short & long term improvement.

This includes improvements to technologies and processes.

Explore and identify new revenue opportunities while leveraging existing resources and infrastructure.

Apply actions and consequences where required in instances of performance and misconduct.

Skills and requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent; 3-5 years experience ina similar role; Must be innovative and have a strong sense of initiative; Endowed with great curiosity; strategic and practicalsense developed; Experience in management of people; A leader who combines the mobilization of his employees and the pursuit of ambitious objectives; Excellent ability with numbers; Bilingualism (French and English) mandatory if the candidate is located in the province of Quebec; Excellent negotiator; Excellent communication skills; Strong organizational skills; Benefits Group insurance program from day 1 including medical, dental and vision coverage; Dynamic and positive work environment; Virtual health program; Referral premium; Salary based on experience
