Beamex is looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to help further penetrate the Canadian market with their advanced method and product line for calibrating process instruments and managing calibrations.

The Technical Sales Manager will focus on growing the customer base in Quebec and across Canada.Position SummaryThe Technical Sales Manager should have an entrepreneurial spirit and will be directly responsible for prospecting, business development and growing new sales in target accounts and maintaining existing business.

Day to day activities include sales and sales support to achieve maximum market share, contacting and developing customers on an individual and corporate level, regular customer contact and closing sales at a wide range of levels.Key Strategic Responsibilities:To develop the Canadian market share with existing and new markets for instrumentation calibration equipment, specifically in Quebec.

This includes the deployment of new products, services and software.To maintain and develop customersTo support company growth objectivesKey Tactical Responsibilities:To identify and access new target customersWork closely with existing customers, lead customer contact and negotiating activitiesManage own portfolio of customersTo network with senior executives in appropriate market sectorsTo provide feedback of important market data to the central marketing teamTo ensure sales targets are metKey Operational Responsibilities:Responsible for sales in named accounts and for closing individual salesPersonal contact with a wide range of customersAbility to demonstrate all products and servicesTender and proposal writingUpdate of CRM including management of accounts, contacts, activities, and pipeline.Carry out any other duties as directed by the PresidentTechnical & Commercial Expertise:Experience in selling technology into the process industry (pressure, electrical, temperature, etc.) is preferred.

Experience with solution sales is required for this role.
