We do this by being a Data-Driven Creative Agency.Who We Are Looking ForAs the Business Director, you will be the main contact to senior clients on the brands assigned, proactively leading the business and providing strategic counsel, team management and day to day oversight on the execution of your clients business.

This role also requires you to participate and partner with internal integrated agency partners to assist in selling BIMMs Data-Driven creative approach.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and build relationships with KEY existing and prospective clientsManage internal team, agency resources and build interdepartmental and inter-agency relationships Primary contact with the senior client, providing clients with innovative short and long term strategic marketing guidance in the area of Data-Driven creative (e.G.

CRM, Direct Marketing, Email Marketing etc.)Through your outstanding leadership skills, position the BIMM expertise in Montreal, within the agency and the clientsFully understand all aspects of the client’s business and the competitive business environmentTake ownership of all decision making on the client’s business (e.G.

Hiring, Investments, new business development, team training) Take the lead role on building the clients business, generating new strategies for agency-client partnershipsOverall responsibility to ensure the team is developing effective strategies to motivate creative excellence while maintaining strategic courseAspire team to and inspire award winning creative Assist in building and championing integration of the business by leading and facilitating cross-divisional discussion and planning Overall responsibility to ensure that agency produces all client work with highest level of quality, on time and on budgetClient P & L accountability Responsible for all budgeting and forecastingResponsible for taking the lead role for new hires into the group, building an effective teamParticipate in the overall agency management as a key member of the senior leadership team Take an active role in developing all direct reports, providing mentorship and conducting on-going performance evaluationsLead workshops and learning sessions for Sid Lee staff and clients Directly responsible for identifying new business opportunities:New business growth; i.E.
