Communications Project Manager

Responsibilities The communication project manager will join the marketing team.

In this role, the main responsibility will be to support all Effenco’s communications activities through content creation, social media management and internal communications.

Specifically, he/she will: Communications Participate in the development and the implementation of the company’s communication plan; Write corporate content (press releases, press kits, key messages, Q&As, etc.) and other related marketing content (corporate presentations, white papers or case studies, sales materials, web content, etc.); Support the development of presentation materials for investors and the general public; Respond to media requests and coordinate interviews; Ensure media monitoring and analysis.

Social Media Ensure the company’s presence on social networks by developing appropriate strategies and content; Develop and manage the content calendar in collaboration with other team members as needed; Ensure the consistency and quality of content on all platforms (especially on LinkedIn and Facebook); Manage the community on all social media platforms; Measure and analyze the impact of the various communications activities to adjust strategies (KPI’s).

Internal Communication Ensure the deployment of a internal communication plan; Collaborate closely with other members of the sales and marketing teams; Perform any other related tasks or projects.

Apply Here : Profile Required Bachelor’s degree in communication or equivalent; 3 to 5 years of experience in communication and/or social media management and/or marketing; Communication experience within a technology start-up or a high-growth organization; Creator compelling storyline, in various formats, to support the business and its product strategies; Knowledge of the most used social media platforms (in particular LinkedIn) and of measurement and reporting tools; Fully bilingual written and spoken (French and English); Capacity to clearly communicate complex content to different target audiences; Ability to create and maintain positive interpersonal relationships (tact and diplomacy); Highly organized, determined and detail oriented; Adaptable, team player, autonomous and resourceful.
