Crowe BGK provides a full suite of accounting, domestic and international tax, corporate finance and business advisory solutions to individuals and corporate clients in diverse industries across Quebec, Ontario and around the world.Position Profile:As a Manager you would be responsible for:Preparation and revision of financial statements and tax returns in accordance with Firm standards for corporate clients in a variety of industriesReview of tax returns for individualsManaging the overall planning and work volume for assurance work, audits, compliance tax engagements, budgeting, internal controls, financial and accounting transactionsPlanning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising audits of small to medium sized organizations in a variety of industriesProviding accounting and tax compliance services to private clients for compilation and review engagementsDelivering industry and technical expertise in audit and assuranceAdvising clients on planning opportunities, tax strategies, reporting and compliance issuesLeading client engagements, identifying and analyzing client needsProviding clients with comprehensive business plans, financial solutions, and practical business adviceDesigning, developing, and delivering final report and/or presentation to clientDeveloping and maintaining relationships with clientsPreparing and delivering proposals to clients for services offered by the firmEffectively communicating with our clients, government agencies and with our partners and staffKeeping partners and other team members informed, on an ongoing basis, of progress and significant issuesDemonstrating a leadership role and evaluating the performance of staff membersManaging client billingBenefits for Professionals:Our benefits are carefully curated to help you excel both in and out of the office.
