Job Description Job Description:Skill Set & Experience(1) 12-15 years of project management, delivery management experience(2) ADMS & Testing project experience desired(3) Able to pick up threads and convert into opportunities(4) Able to pursue opportunities aggressively(5) Must be able to understand latest technology trends and customer business outlook to create opportunities(6) Excellent communication(7) Excellent customer management skills(8) Will be stationed at onsite – Montreal(9) Responsibilities to Create or find growth opportunities and convert to business(10)Work closely with delivery head and sales Job description(1) Manage & coordinate multiple large-scale, complex and specialized competency based customer projects with strong focus on customer delivery. (2) Develop strategies along with Delivery manager to align with the customer requirement and to influence customer perception positively.(3) Engaged with customers at a strategic level ensuring that not only the current project requirements are met but also forecast the needs(4) Ensure programs are completed ON-TIME by delivery managers and within budget and within customer expectations FOR quality(5) Ensure complete contract management, including profitability and other parameters across projects.(6) Carry out regular reviews with various stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.(7) Maintain program level dashboards to enable effective project management.(8) Provide overall management guidance to the team.(9) Mine the existing business and ensure effective participation in the proposals.(10)Maintain relationship with Customer and be aware of the budgets and the upcoming projects.(11)Excellent communications skills(12)Ensure that all customer feedback processes are completed ON time.
