Your strategic orientations will help to create a positive impact on the client experience at these significant moments.Reporting to the Senior Vice-President – Personal Banking, your main challenges will be to:Define, participate in and execute the strategic orientations of the Consumer Goods Financing sector, which is one of the main priorities in the Bank’s business plan.Ensure the main orientations are aligned with product and service development, and the unit’s strategies and business plan.Help acquire new clients at the Bank.Initiate and propose changes to stakeholders in terms of orientations, best practices and processes in order to remain competitive in the market, while increasing shareholder value.Negotiate, maximize, manage and facilitate the development of financing opportunities with partners such as brokers, merchants, manufacturers, etc.Develop pan-Canadian growth strategies to increase Bank revenues, mainly in provinces other than QuébecYour main responsibilities will also be to:Supervise and coach a team of senior managersParticipate in various events directly related to the consumer goods financing market.

(Trade shows, Automobile Association, leisure activities, etc.)Plan and manage the sector’s budget.*** As part of your role, you will be required to visit markets in different areas of Canada.Have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience Proven track record in management Experience in customer relations and business development Experience in optimizing business processes by maximizing the development and use of technological tools Knowledge of the consumer goods loan environment, an asset Good knowledge of this specialized market and the challenges in each Canadian province, an asset Be an inspiring leader for a developing team, while showing rigour, accountability and openness Excellent negotiation skills with major potential partners Bilingualism (English and French) We strive to be an inclusive organization where all employees are valued.
