– personally and professionally Opportunity to work remotely The Role: KEV Group is seeking a sales leader to lead account growth initiatives and the expansion our cross-sell products into our existing customer base of over 17,000 schools.

We are looking for a leader to work closely with the customer success organization to build targeted strategies tailored to the unique needs and opportunities of our various customer segments.

This individual will lead the upsell/cross-sell function with full responsibility over the business unit’s P&L, and will be responsible for building and executing on a plan to maximize this portfolio’s success.

Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the customer success team to build and execute on targeted expansion strategies for each customer segment Developing plans and performance goals for each upsell/cross-sell product, setting and monitoring goals throughout the year Managing the P&L and acting as the owner of the account management division, managing both revenue and cost levers, and driving forward an agenda for the upsell/cross-sell business as a whole Hiring, coaching, and training a team of high performing sales professionals inclusive of product-focused and key accounts-focused talent Becoming the ‘go to’ expert on all upsell and cross-sell products in the suite, developing deep knowledge of the use case and functionality of each Monitoring customer trends, market trends and the competitive landscape, and adjusting sales strategies accordingly Engaging regularly with customers to stay connected, gather feedback, and explore value-add opportunities Working with marketing and product on the go to market of new or re-released initiatives to maximize the success of each product Partnering cross-functionally with other departments across the business to ensure a smooth and ideal customer experience Establishing a regular cadence and set of performance metrics to forecast, track against and report on You Are/Have: Previous experience working as a sales leader in a SaaS environment A history of thriving in an entrepreneurial environment with an eagerness to try ne things, experiment, and re-prioritize quickly Experience in Education sales an asset Proven track record if consistently exceeding sales targets, as an individual contributor and a sales leader Experience building high performing sales and account management teams An aptitude for learning about products in a nuanced and ‘expert’ way Experience managing a business unit P&L A consultative sales approach Metrics and data driven Measures of Success will include: Performance by Account Executive Sales performance by product The establishment of product and account-specific sales strategies and playbooks Pipeline and bookings metrics This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected.
