Your demonstrated experienceas a Solution Delivery Manager, working at the enterprise level to deliver multiple moderate to complex solutions, will enableyou to successfully drive the delivery team, and monitor project quality, manage risks and control performance for all EISGroup implementations.

You will be responsible for managing the end to end delivery of the projects, ensure that the projectremains on time, within budget and meets the customer expectations.In order to succeed in this role, you must have the passion and energy to work in an entrepreneurial and fast-pacedenvironment.

You must have the maturity, confidence and experience to manage and partner with customers and EISpartners as well as the willingness, energy and technical ability to become a trusted adviser for our customers.ResponsibilitiesManage the entire project implementation life-cycle from requirements gathering till Go Live ensuring that customerexpectations are met, and that delivered software is of high qualityWork in close cooperation with Program Manager supporting all customer facing activitiesAssist Program Manager in preparation of the project budget and staffing plan and control project expenses andresources usageBe accountable for delivering the best results to the customer on time and within allocated budgetDevelop, coordinate with the relevant stakeholders, and maintain project implementation plan including resourcesand capacity planning and controlControl project scope to stay on schedule and within the budgetManage project team maintaining constant contact and communication with Business Analysis team lead, SystemArchitecture team lead, Development and QA team leadsCoordinate with Product Management, Product Development, Operations, and Marketing to ensure timelydeliveries of EIS Suite functionalityAdopt company standard processes and best practices taking into account specific project requirements andcustomer requestsMaintain close contact with EIS partners, provide assistance to ensure compliance with EIS quality standardsacross partner teamsPrepare project progress reports and calculate established KPI’sIdentify project risks, prepare risk mitigation plan and follow up on corrective actionsMaintain constant communications with other company groups and departmentsRequirementsMust be able to communicate in a business setting in both French and English7+ yrs of Project Management with proven background leading enterprise software development integrations with a focus on complex systemsAbility to deliver multi-million dollar projectsPMP is desiredSignificant experience managing distributed team in multi-national multi-cultural environmentDeep knowledge and understanding of SDLCStrong communication and presentation skills, written and verbalStrong facilitation skills (requirements sessions; design meetings; progress and status meetings; handovers toSRE and operations)Past programming experience is a plusExperience in insurance industry is a plusEIS Group is an equal opportunity employer (EOE), M/F/Disability/Veterans, and strongly supports diversity in the workforce.
