We are looking for a [Director of Product Management] to lead our platform efforts at Emburse.

As an engineering-driven company, we are focused on developing a shared platform supporting our full range of products.

This exciting role will be focused on building out the platform services that will support our business, including Receipt Transcription (building on our machine learning competency), ACH payments, user management, etc.

We are looking for a product person with strong technical fundamentals to lead this initiative.

What you’ll do Lead and align cross functional partners and teams: engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, business partners and operations to drive a shared visionManage a team of Product Managers building out APIs and servicesCollaborate on building business cases, defining product vision and strategyInternalize customer pain points, communicating regularly with our Customer Success and Sales teams about customer feedbackDesign solutions, test, iterate and drive to launchPartner with Engineers and Designers on product developmentServe as the conduit between Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and EngineeringDrive consensus and identify key metrics for upcoming projectsActively participate in our roadmap planningOwn features, end to end What we’re looking for You have 8+ years of Product Management experience, and a deep understanding of software developmentMust have experience managing a mid sized teamAn academic background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline, deep technical foundationYou have strong analytical skillsYou have a rare ability to identify signal from noise, focusing on the most impactful decisions in a customer-facing contextYou have demonstrated the ability to develop deep empathy with our customersYou have a love of productivity tools and techniques, helping teams work better together
