The role is to work with the Vice President of sales managing a portfolio of assigned customers.Operating as the point of contact for matters specific to assigned accounts while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer and internal relationshipsIn this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Replenishment, Technology, Accounting and the Executive team) to create a positive customer experience while making certain clients receive requested products, information, details and services in a timely fashionThe incumbent will need to perform the followingCommunicate with clients, take detailed action notes, assign deliverables and follow through to completion.Delegate tasks to internal resources as neededFollow up all tasks attention to detail is paramountTrack project performanceMonitor SLA and ReportingCreate client specific manuals and processes as neededMeets with teams to ensure clients’ needs are met.Provide any new processes to internal team members based on client needSkillsTime management and analytical skillsIn Depth knowledge of Word, Excel and other office softwareGood Knowledge of Power PointExcellent communication skills, written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills.A polite, friendly and diplomatic manner.A good sense of humour (this helps..)Good negotiation skills.The ability to generate ideas.The ability to prioritise and manage several different tasks at once.
