Job Title: Senior Consultant, Transfer PricingDuration: 6-12 MonthsLocation: Montreal or RemoteJob Description:As an experienced Transfer Pricing Professional, you will lead initiatives to meet the needs of our clients in areas such as planning, compliance and supporting transfer pricing disputes.

You will work closely with the associates and advise clients on transfer pricing and other tax matters within their business line.

You have the organizational skills necessary to supervise the activities of the advisers and verify their work.What you will do Assist clients in developing defensible transfer pricing policies and models for goods, services and intangibles such as trade names, trademarks, licenses and technology.

Perform functional analyzes and risk analyzes.

Create economic and financial models, and perform economic and financial analyzes.

Assist in the implementation of transfer pricing models and policies.

Write transfer pricing reports that aim to keep written records and serve as protection in the event of an audit.

Collaborate with the tax authorities in the event of a transfer pricing audit.

Help develop strategies to reach advance transfer pricing arrangements and negotiate with tax authorities.

Collaborate with foreign tax colleagues and other groups to structure international arrangements.

Perform other tasks assigned to you.What you bring to the role Bachelor’s degree in commerce or economics, master’s degree in business administration, economics or law, or any other relevant degree.

Accounting designation (CPA, CMA or CGA) or successful fundamental tax course, an asset, but not compulsory.

Two to three years of transfer pricing experience.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

(Fluency in French and English).

Ability to use electronic tools for tax research and entries.

Mastery of quantitative methods and ability to interpret results qualitatively.

Ability to manage competing demands and priorities.

Good project management and organization skills.

Ability to interact effectively with customers.
