Bilingual Project ManagerJob OverviewA worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for aBilingual Project Managerto be responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of multiple system implementation projects.Working with our top tier clients, you will manage the execution of all implementation service needs, utilizing a methodical approach to planning and guiding project processes from start to finish.You will be relied upon to create and execute both internal and client communication strategies, driving overall customer relationships by pro-active involvement and ongoing contact.

RESPONSIBILITIESManage a comprehensive Implementation Project PlanImplement and maintains project schedule, project documents, and meeting notesProvide integrated change control via an established change request processProvide comprehensive and on-going risk managementWork with management to determine resource needs and availability ; negotiate with these functional managers to resolve outstanding project-related issuesPerform appropriate and timely follow-up with both the customers and internal areas to ensure project plan is progressing as scheduled; conduct meetings when necessaryProvide recommendations and communications for mid-course adjustments; act as the primary negotiator for conflict resolutionMaintain all time keeping records that will be used in client billing and makes available to appropriate internal sources at agreed upon intervalsConduct formalized post implementation customer satisfaction reviewUtilize generally accepted/recognized project management methodology and practicesAssist management in mentoring new Project Managers to the organization, as requestedAttend conventions, summits or user group meetings as requestedQUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS JOBBachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Insurance, or Organizational Behavior, or equivalent work experienceExperience 3-5 years of experience in external client-facing project management or software implementation leadership experienceWork experience in the SaaS or insurance industryStrong leadership skills; able to develop and motivate a project teamOutstanding customer relationship management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; solid speaking, facilitation, and presentation skillsHighly skilled in the art of negotiationHighly organized; can handle multiple projects concurrently; demonstrated proficiency in Planning, Needs Assessment, and Project ManagementBilingual Skills Must have the ability to speak, write, and read English and French fluentlyTravel Available for 5-25% travel (post C-19)Certifications PMP or CAPM certifications are a plus but not required WHO THEY ARELEADING GLOBAL PROVIDER OF CLOUD-BASED INSURANCE SOFTWARE develops the top two Insurance Agency/Broker Management software products in the world.
