The opportunity: KPMG’s Technology Consulting Practice focuses on technology enabling strategies and solutions that drive greater business performance.

We provide organizations the insights and capabilities they need to balance the introduction of new, innovative solutions, disrupting their business model, while continuing to maintain ongoing operations in line with cost and quality expectations.

As a Senior Consultant in the Technology Consulting Practice, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, equipped with deep industry knowledge, and use your superior analytical skills to help organizations run a more efficient business in addition to deriving greater value from their technologies.

You will help our clients address complex marketplace dynamics, leverage opportunities for growth, explore evolving technologies, and adapt to regulatory shifts.

What you will do Plan and execute day-to-day activities of technology consulting engagements for a variety of clients in the public sector including IT strategy & roadmap development, business process analysis, current state assessment and future state operating models, target state architecture, data and business case analysis and recommendations Identify issues / challenges and provide recommendations, opportunities and mitigation strategies to senior management and client personnel Develop & utilize technical and industry knowledge to resolve complex client challenges and consult on leading practice technology enabled solutions Build long-term business relationships with client teams and executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations Participate in business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development Building and growing the Technology Consulting practice: marketing, recruiting, thought leadership papers, etc.

Contribute with methods, scripts and methodologies to be leveraged by our broader team for future engagements Business development: proposal development, marketing, presentations, etc.

Working cross-functionally within the Management Consulting practice Identifying and creating learning opportunities for the broader practice Developing and coaching others in achieving their full potential What you bring to the role You currently hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Technology, or a related field from an accredited university with excellent credentials, superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with client stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment, and lead teams and project deliverables.

You have a demonstrated passion for technology and over 3 years’ experience working with technology in a consulting setting.

You are highly motivated and enthusiastic to take on a variety of business challenges and opportunities that requires technology.

You have a strong academic record and have contributed to the world outside of the classroom in an assortment of ways.

You have developed strong problem solving and analytical abilities, as well as a proven track record of successfully dealing with competing priorities and deadlines under pressure.

You have a strong sense of personal accountability and are focused on achieving your personal and career goals.

You have an entrepreneurial drive, are a creative problem solver, eager to dive into the exciting world of consulting.
