Montreal, QCOur client, a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), is looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join their Montreal team.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of the client are being well communicated, understood, and satisfied.

The person will oversee the overall coordination and management of the project, within timelines and budget.Main responsibilities:Manage communication between the client, internal stakeholders, and third-party contractors.Elaborate high-level information into detailed plans (e.G.

Gantt chart).Plan, coordinate, and follow-up on the work of all internal stakeholders involved in the project.Plan, prepare, and lead project meetings, record actions and key decisions through meeting minutes.Prepare and present quotations and project scopes to existing and potential customers; Coordinate RFQ submissions and provide technical support to the commercial team.Identify, analyze, and escalate internally any problems, risks, or changes depending on the scope, schedule, or cost of the project) and coordinate a response.Ensure timelines and budgets are met.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in science (chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering).3 years of experience in a similar position.Experience working in CDMO environment, an asset.Experience in a pharmaceutical environment.Knowledge of best practices in project management.PMP certification, an asset.Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written).Excellent team spirit.Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.Customer oriented.Good sense prioritization, rigorous with the follow-ups and deadlines.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.Good adaptability and discreet.Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook.You can also submit your resume directly to Céline Chabée at, indicating “Project Manager—Life Science Industry” in the title of the email.
