Hyacinthe (2450 Girouard O)The Manager, IT Security Monitoring and Incident Management is responsible for monitoring IT security infrastructure and provides incident response management and conducts security investigations.

He/she works as a technical leader and strategist with the ability to lead via hands-on support.The Manager, IT Security Monitoring and Incident Management reports to the Director North America, Security & Network Operations and manages a technical team of SMEs, consultants, engineers and security architects spread across several sites and time zones.Primary responsabilities: Ensure 24/7 support for the security monitoring off all IT operations and infrastructure Collaborate with internal teams in order to interpret, understand, and communicate real business risks in relation to technology risks Implement new technology by participating in the evaluation of technology tools, software and practices and helping implement any controls that mitigate operational risk Manage Cyber Security Incident Response and ensure that a well-defined, documented, and tested plan of action is in place in the event of a security incident Maintain and update all security tools, technology and processes Provide timely and effective communications to key internal stakeholders Your Skills General to advanced knowledge in the following areas: Computer networks, operational security platforms, information security principles, SOC, IAM, MFA, SIEM, ITSM, DLP, IPS, application development, technical writing, informational risks and international environment.

Bachelor of Technology Science, Information Security (an asset) Minimum ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in information technology Minimum three (3) years of experience in information security Knowledge of the standards, regulations and laws governing information security (NIST, COBIT5, ISO 27001) an asset Basic Knowledge of American cybersecurity standards (23 NYCRR 500, 201 CMR 17) General Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) CISSP, GIAC, or other recognized certification in information security (an asset) Analytical capability, pragmatic approach to IT security challenges and issues Strong Leadership capacity to facilitate collaboration throughout the team.

Strong Partner with all areas both inside and outside the company to deliver secure solution.

Ability to reduce stress in stressful situations both with yourself and others.

Positive attitude, self-starter with strong analytical, and interpersonal skills to lead working groups, negotiate and create consensus Mentor, coach and develop the team within the company.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and troubleshooting skills Ability to compose and present material to communicate difficult concepts and gain consensus Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple goals Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively at all levels of the organization Ability to challenge status quo.
