The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including budget control and maintenance requests.

You will act as the senior manager and supervise all relevant personnel.Reports To:Executive management.The Company: MTRPLFounded in 2016, MTRPL is a boutique real estate development firm concentrated on retail centricmixed-use urban development.

We specialize in the investment, development and management of real estate in the Montreal area.Job OverviewWe are a small but fast growing team.

We raise capital, acquire, finance, develop, build, lease and manage a portfolio within Montreal’s urban core.

We have several projects ongoing in differing phases of development, such as design, development, construction and lease up.

Candidate will be exposed to all of them.

The role will require a multitude of tasks, with property management being a major focus.

Candidate needs to be very independent and not looking for your standard 9-5 !Responsibilities:Property Management Residential, Commercial.

Coordination and management of sub-trades.Construction coordination for all repairs and maintenance to commercial and residential properties.

Showing space, coordinating visit with potential tenants.Coordination with the city on a multitude of itemsAssist all outside vendors with property issuesManage property inventorySolve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitantsSupervise all property staffQualifications:Education Level: UniversityExperience: Real Estate preferredSpecific Skills: independent, ambitious, team player3 5 years of property management experienceAt least 1 year in a supervisory or management roleDetail-oriented and strong communication skillsCompensation: TBD
