Keep readingPlanning (60%)Manage and monitor inventory levels, sell-through, inbound shipments and customer preorders while cross-referencing forecasted product demand to create purchase orders for all operating markets (Australia, the U.K., Singapore and Canada).Prepare and present purchase orders to the CEO.

Manage vendor orders end-to-end from creation, review, production, shipment and reception.Communicate with global manufacturers to follow up on production orders and inbound shipments.Define optimal stock levels and inventory allocation across multiple fulfilment centers across four global markets based on product/market sell-through, seasonality and optimal cost of fulfilment (final-mile delivery).Design optimal inventory flows that balance total cost of inventory while maximizing for a world class customer experience.Develop warehousing network capacity forecast in consultation with our finance team while ascertaining the needs of expanding our fulfilment network.Own inventory allocation accuracy by minimizing stock-outs, fulfilment cost (final mile delivery) and inter-company trans-shipments.Demand (40%)In close collaboration with the CEO, accurately forecast product demand on a monthly basis including new assortment launches and inventory replenishment needs.Own new product launch forecasts to support merchandising and marketing strategies.Establish hypotheses and scenarios to ascertain sales forecast on an individual product basis.Closely collaborate with FP& A and Marketing teams tomaximize strategies that ultimately grow top line and bottom line performance.Requirements7 years of merchandise / supply planning experience.Experience in omni-channel retail, fashion, CPG and/or luxury required.Highly analytical and impact driven.Strong math, financial planning and forecasting skills.Naturally curious with a passion for problem-solving using data and analytics.An excellent communicator who loves to share findings and actionable insights.Impeccable strategic, analytical and operational thinking.Knowledge of supply chain optimization with visibility of end to end value chain.A firm belief in the Company’s purpose with a passion for e-commerce and consumer businesses.Advanced MS Excel and financial modelling skills.Extra CreditExperience working in a high-growth consumer-facing operating company.Experience working for a global brand with operations across multiple markets.Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI knowledge a plus.Good vibes only.
