Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Partner Operations Manager is responsible for developing and driving strategies to optimize Trulioo’s industry leading identity marketplace.

The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset and experience working cross functionally with a variety of stakeholders across the business.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Create & maintain partner KPI reporting for the executive team Collaborate with Trulioo’s Partner Management team in analyzing new opportunities Assist the Partnerships Team in standardizing & updating partner resources and templates Manage and maintain all tools used by the partnerships teams Establish relationships with key internal departments to scale partner GTM processes Assist partner team with building and editing processes for our GTM strategies & positioning Collaborate with partner enablement to build scalable processes Deliver key process & structure training updates to the Partnerships Team and other internal teams Handle urgent issues arising from outages or performance issues Analyze the partner ecosystem for strengths and weaknesses that lead to actionable strategies for the Partner Manager Key/Technical Skills: Experience managing operations across a large portfolio of accounts Excellent problem solving & process architecture skills High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility and adaptability Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Excellent assertiveness and accountable/continuous improvement mindset Experience with building reporting & dashboards.

Salesforce experience is a plus Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous environment Education and Experience: Post-secondary education in a related business, communications or technical discipline 5 years experience in partnerships/sales enablement, operations, product, or supply chain management role Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred Working at Trulioo A great place to work Trulioo offers a fast-paced, dynamic, inclusive work environment where all employees have an impact.
