Scope of the role Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, the incumbent of the role will plan and carry out all sales activities on targeted accounts, industries, or areas.This individual will work primarily at the “C” level on targeted accounts with a goal of increasing revenues with the current account portfolio and generating $2 million of new business per year and is responsible for orchestrating customer satisfaction by managing quality of service delivery.ResponsibilitiesActively prospect for and develop new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agencies.Prepare and deliver high quality presentations and proposals tailored to each client.Develop creative strategies around business to meet targets and maximize revenue.Maintain up-to-date information related to market changes, the competitive landscape, trends and movements to effectively manage sales territory.Develop and maintain client profiles, contact updates, and historical buying data.Respond to queries and follow up on all client calls and emails promptly.Update and maintain all account history and activity reports and annual account planning.Prepare weekly or monthly sales status reports.Attend industry events.Forecast and maintain weekly sales priorities/activities in Pipedrive.Other tasks assigned.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of Account Management, Sales or Customer Success experience.University Degree in Management, Business or Customer Communications.Experience communicating with clients at all levels, with the ability to conduct presentationsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office applications.Required competencies and skills Ability to track productivity and report results to management.Strong negotiation and sales abilities.Generate new customers, and the accountability of multi-million dollar revenue targets.Ability to apply a creative approach to problem solving.Ability to adapt to change.Proven experience in prospecting new clients, generating sales leads and closing the sale.
