We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager with a passion for building great products.If you’re interested in helping us develop the future of mobile healthcare, this job is for you.We are building a workforce management system allowing private homecare agencies around the world manage their employees (scheduling, client health records, billing, payroll and reporting) along with exciting complementary products (mobile apps for care workers, remote patient monitoring and family portal).Every single member of the close-knit team is committed to building the best products possible to change the homecare industry.

To achieve this ambitious goal we work hard, making sure our users providing 750,000+ care visits a month work efficiently.What we are looking for in a Product Manager:3+ years of experience in a Product Manager roleDemonstrated success defining and launching excellent productsA relevant degreeStrong commitment to qualityProven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teamsSelf-motivation and pride in your workInterest for learning new things and overcoming challengesYour tasks would involve:Managing the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product roadmap, working closely with Engineering, Client Success, Sales and Marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.Defining KPIs for features, measure performance and define improvement strategies.Being the point person for Product Management with clients and within the company both in person and remotelyContributing to the core positioning, pricing strategy and messaging for the productBeing an expert with respect to the competitionCreating and managing ongoing relationships with clients, including through Customer Advisory BoardsPerforming product demos to customersDelivering product training and creating training materialTeaming effectively with other parts of the organization to address and resolve customer issuesIdentifying opportunities to upsell additional products and servicesIt’d be great if you have:Product management experience with B2C and B2B software productsProduct management experience with Mobile applicationsSoftware development backgroundHealthcare experienceWork experience in a startup environmentExperience with workforce management systems and/or accounting (billing, payroll)Working experience in Agile methodology
