We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Managing designated project and ensuring that all aspects are completed on time, within budget and safely to company and client standards.
Responsible for all pre-construction planning, execution and follow up/change orders after the project has been completed.
Responsible for all quality management, budgeting, scheduling and cost control duties.
Ensure proper organization and filing of all documents pertaining to the assigned project.
Professionally coordinating with colleagues, subcontractors and inspectors.
Ensuring that all health and safety policies and procedures are followed by all team members at all times with no exceptions.
Holding the highest standard of safety.
Interacting directly with clients and customers, providing them with the highest level of service and communication.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as Project Manager in the ICI sector.
Post secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
Proven experience managing multiple million dollar projects ranging from $15-$50 million Proven experience operating Primavera or related project management software programs.
Eng, PMP or Gold Seal certification a strong asset.
Excellent communication, organization and time management skills and abilities.
Able to provide clients and customers with the highest level customer service and provide them with accurate project timelines.
Must hold health and safety polices and procedures as one of your top priorities everyday.
Must be willing to travel and be on site for projects at extended periods of time.
