Project Manager, Continuous Improvement

” YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting directly to the manager of the Technical Services team in product development, the Project Manager will be responsible for continuous improvement projects for mechanical and fabrication shops, for logistics and storage and for our test centre.

As Project Manager, Continuous Improvement, you will: Collect, clarify and analyze the needs of the Technical Services team Plan and lead workshops with stakeholders Identify potential improvements and calculate the return on investment Prepare business cases to justify and prioritize projects Collaborate with the computer programming team on solution development Oversee the development and validation of specifications Support the creation of training materials Act as the liaison for the R&D Technical Services team’s improvement needs YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS University degree and/or experience relevant to the position Strong analysis and problem-solving skills Keen interest in technological solutions Ability to influence, challenge and persuade colleagues Strong written and spoken communication skills Ability to manage change and its impacts Ability to gather, synthesize and clearly communicate information Open, empathetic and positive personality PMP, Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification an asset Fluency in both spoken and written English and French WELCOME TO BRP We’re a world leader in recreational vehicles and boats, creating innovative ways to move on snow, water, asphalt, dirt and even in the air.
