Project Manager – Customer Success

Project Manager for Customer Success Operations practice, Outcome based Customer Success Location can be Toronto or Montreacuteal Expected to work 25-30 hours week to begin with Looking for an experienced project manager who is eager to develop and champion our framework to our customer success organization and other key stakeholders.

In this role, you will work with stakeholders from around the Company to engage and enable our teams to successfully implement project workstreams focused on delivering customer outcomes and driving customer loyalty Responsibilities Manage specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end.

Develop and maintain project plan and schedule utilizing corporate standard PM software.

Assist team members in planning, estimating, and controlling tasks.

Ensure that interfaces are recognized, and tasks are integrated.

Develop and Champion our Project Management framework to drive effective project management practices in CS Operations Consult with others on development and execution of complex programproject plans.

Define practices and processes for managing client and stakeholder expectations.

Perform critical path analysis and develop action plans to mitigate risk.

Identify and implement alternative solutions.

Deliver a variety of presentations in support of project objectives.

Define project resource plan, including internal and contract resources.

Provide input to develop the business case for technology projects.

Monitor project to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters.

Prepare and distribute various reports, visualizations, and updates on the status of projects and program to various audiences, including executive management, functional management.

Effectively contract and communicate with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with project management services and product delivery.

Work proactively with the client to resolve critical issues.

Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels.

Analyze project metrics and trends to evaluate success.

Anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate remedies.

Monitor project strategies, tactics and procedures to meet changing needs of partners and the business.

Gather feedback from partners through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, surveys, and other methods.

Maintain the efficient and effective operation of the project by implementing changes as required.

Requirements Bachelorrsquos degree and 4-6 years in the field or in related areas.

Familiar with the project management fieldrsquos concepts, practices, and procedures.

You do not need to have a formal Project Management Professional (PMP) certification but should have significant strong project management experience.

You can independently manage to deadlines, hold teams and individuals accountable, and maintain program and project plans with clear dependencies and major milestones You have prior experience in a role which required extensive facilitation and communications to various stakeholders You can quickly comprehend business requirements and objectives and define and manage the tactical plan necessary to meet them You are able to initiate and nurture relationship at all levels You are steeped in project management best practices You are comfortable leading and directing the work of others You facilitate effective meetings, in-person and remotely You have a strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards You have a high degree of attention to detail and follow-through You are able to travel (less than 30) currently not applicable You are proficient with Smartsheet software along with standard productivity tools (Microsoft Office) Preferred Qualifications LUMA Innovation Design experience Management consulting experience You have customer success andor services and operations experience You are comfortable acting with a clear sense of ownership, taking personal responsibility for decisions, actions, and failures You easily gain the trust and support of others and credit others for their accomplishments and contributions You are a self-starter who steps up to handle new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm Top Five Signs of a Strong Candidate You focus on the customer You value accountability You have courage You work cooperatively You get stuff done
