Project Manager – Industrial Furniture

This leading company in the design and manufacture of custom products for over 45 years, serving an institutional clientele (education, health. Public safety) but also private, wants to benefit from the experience of a Project Manager to join its team and promote the growth of the company.

Reporting to the VP Operations, you will be responsible for the following tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure the reception of requests for quotes from clients (architects, contractors, distributors)
• Work in collaboration with clients on public and private projects.
• Assist clients in clarifying and defining their needs and service requirements.
• Analyze and interpret plans and specifications to provide the proper estimate.
• Prepare bids and budgets, specifying quantities and including material costs.
• Technical presentations on the company’s various possibilities and products, develop proposals, present them and persuade;
• Communicate with clients and follow up on files and bids.
• Be the permanent link with the client and ensure deliverables on time and within budget.

We are looking for :

• DEC in estimation or architecture or industrial design.
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Reading and interpretation of plans, drawings and specifications.
• Good customer relations skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Positive and constructive attitude in solution mode.
• Bilingualism required.
