This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted February 22, 2021.

Property Manager Role Coordinate and follow up on leases with the various owners and tenants (around 30 terminals in Canada, the United States and Mexico) Monitor budgets and costs associated with different buildings and terminals Manage various projects including development, acquisition and sale of real estate Draft and negotiate the various leases Monitor the invoicing related to leases Manage requests from occupants of terminals and buildings with regards to real estate Promote available buildings and locations to rent/sub-lease them out Manage and negotiate the bids necessary for improvement or repair work All other tasks related to the position Required Skills Ability to manage many requests and projects at the same time (multitasking) Ability to work under pressure, in a fast pace environment General knowledge of buildings (structure, mechanics, electrical) Good analytical skills and recognized for its efficiency Exceptional customer service Good communication skills both orally and in writing, in English and French The ability to work in a team Organized, resourceful, and detail oriented Requirements Experience in a related or similar position Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, mainly Outlook and Excel Bilingual, written and spoken (English & French is essential, Spanish is an asset) Basic knowledge of accounting General knowledge of commercial property rental Experience in the transportation industry is an asset We offer Dynamic work environment marked by respect, authenticity, and commitment.
