S. i. Systems: Senior Change Managers To Implement An Enterprise Information Management (Im) Framework.

This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted May 29, 2021.

Our valued Public Sector client requires two Senior Change Managers to implement an enterprise Information Management (IM) framework.

In March 2020, our client rapidly deployed M365 (Teams, SPO, OneDrive & Exchange, etc) to address the need for teleworking for the entire workforce.

The platform was released to the organization quickly and as a result much of the upfront planning, IM strategic thinking, requirements gathering, etc.

that is typically done before launch was not addressed.

Today, they are planning to implement an enterprise IM framework on the M365 tenant and there is a need for significant business analysis, awareness, education and communication required to ensure the various tools are adopted leveraging IM best practices.

There are 4 primary work streams that will require change support during sprint execution: Digital Workplace Taskforce support for the implementation of IM related changes stemming from processes beingsimplified IM Frame and IM Governance support for the implementation of IM foundations such as enterprise document types, metadata, taxonomies Delivery of IM Capabilities delivery of enterprise IM capabilities such as search, navigation, information protection, e-signatures, redaction, retention & disposition, e-discovery, etc.

IM Community / Change Network establish a community of IM specialists available to support the project team to build out the appropriate IM SharePoint sites, etc.

Our client has procured a number of tools to fill IM gaps notably AvePoint, WalkMe and Harmon.Ie which will change user behaviours in a positive manner and enhance governance of the tenant.

Tasks: Stakeholder identification and mapping Conducting change impact assessments and analysis Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans, communications strategies and plans, and training plans Identifying appropriate change management tools and risks Building communications products to generate understanding, awareness and desire to change Supporting the revitalisation of the IM Change Agent Network Supporting the output of an IM Working group for the enterprise wide roll out of Information Management foundations and best practices on the M365 platform Providing expertise, consultative advice, guidance and coaching to build project capacity to make effective use of change management strategies and related tools Designing and conducting change readiness assessments in order to plan and carry out a change management strategy Evaluating the effectiveness of change management initiatives and designing remediation activities Design, development and delivery of training and self study materials; coordination and integration of training with other stakeholders Design, development of various performance support materials Support the establishment of enterprise Governance IM committee Creating presentations and presenting to various stakeholders and facilitate meetings and discussions Deliverables: Change Management Strategy for IM Forward Communication strategy for IM Forward Communications plans and products to support each of the four work streams in the Background section above Training plan and products to support each of the four work streams in the Background section above IM Community revitalisation initiative Presentations, key messages, speaking notes and communications products IM Community training materials Communications and training products to support the education of users on the correct use of Teams, SPO, OneDrive & Exchange
