SCI MarketView is an organization that provides innovative software solutions to the Canadian Automotive market.

As a member of this core sales team your focus will be to sell new-to-market technology software to a niche automotive market by prospecting new customers, identifying and nurturing leads, conducting sales/training presentations, and creating and submitting weekly and monthly reports.RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and manage relationships at all Automotive Dealership levels (GM, DP, Sales Staff, SM, Used Car Manager, FSM, etc.) and with all Strategic Partner Sales teams within a defined region:Act in the best interest of all parties including the organization, maintaining a consistent and professional manner in all dealingsSell branded software products to Automotive Dealers within a defined regionProspect new software sales opportunitiesProvide initial training to dealership staff on how to effectively use the softwareAchieve weekly and monthly targets for the following key activities:# of Calls per day, per week, per month# of appointments per week, per month# of Demos per week, per month# of sales per monthAchieve client retention benchmarksAchieve monthly and annual sales targetsGenerate additional selling opportunities by building and maintaining a list of referral clientsManage required account information and activities using SalesforceSupport the development and implementation of any new workflow process changes between internal departments and your DealersActively support the development of product enhancements through soliciting direct feedback from your DealersActively participate in weekly sales meetings (currently virtual) and annual Sales Meetings and company-wide conferences (currently virtual)BEHAVIOURALB2B Sales backgroundExperience and knowledge of SAASComfortable working in metrics driven sales environmentWork Hard / Play HardEnergetic and PassionateConstantly looking to learnQUALIFICATIONSBilingual French and English requiredExperience using all Microsoft Office solutionsStrong knowledge of opportunity management in Salesforce.ComProven ability to drive valueEXPERIENCEA minimum 2 years of B2B SAAS sales experienceProven experience building and managing a pipelineProven history of meeting and exceeding targetsExperience in giving product demosExperienced and consultative sellingPrevious Auto Experience is an asset but not a requirementEDUCATIONBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceREPORT TO:Vice President of Sales
