The role also includes some responsibilities of business development such as delivering presentations, preparing proposal responses, speaking at conferences, writing publications and supporting research efforts.As a consultant with a focus on delivering mandates, you will mostly advise clients in Montreal, with some travel outside of the province.

(5-10%) Richter mandates include:Executive coachingReview and optimization of business processes and financial processesValue-added internal audit mandatesInternal control mandatesFraud detection and prevention mandatesEnterprise risk management mandatesWhat we are looking for:Seven (7) to Ten (10) years of experience external audit, business and financial process optimizationProven experience in risk management, evaluation of internal controls and systemsAbility to manage simultaneous projectsDemonstrated skills in evaluating risk, client relationship management and strategic thinking.CPA, or other relevant studies (Engineering, MBA, Masters in a relevant program)Other relevant designations (CISA, CIA, CFE, PMP)Lean Six Sigma training, including Kaizen workshops and Lean ManagementFluency in English and French (spoken and written),Ability to quickly establish good interpersonal relationships, diplomacy skills and persuasionExcellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) as well as project management toolsStrong understanding of different IT environments and financial applicationsKnowledge of data analysis tools ACL and IDEA (asset)​​What Richter offers you?A competitive compensation package, insurance benefits, a retirement savings plan, an employee and family assistance program, a health and well-being program, as well as professional development are also offered.
