The Senior Manager, Facilitation and Coaching will report into the Senior Manager, Learning Delivery within Organization Development with a dotted line into the Regional Sales Team(s) that they are supporting.

They will work collaboratively with the Rogers 4 Business and Media Business Unit Sales, Leadership and Frontline Teams to consult, deliver, coach and sustain sales development at all levels to drive a high performance sales culture at Rogers.As part of this role, there are four key areas of accountability:
• Involvement and delivery of Complex Product/Solutions Training
• Sales Performance Coaching
• Sales Funnel Management
• Performance Consulting/Gap AnalysisKey Responsibilities: Work with senior level team leaders to identify opportunities to improve sales team andindividual sales performance across all products and solutions and utilization of sales tools.across the organizations Facilitate experiential, conversation-based team development interactions that lead toimproved team performance against key business performance indicators(KPIs) over time Analyze team and individual specific performance data to understand gaps and opportunities. Participate in regional sales team meetings to understand obstacles impeding salesperformance and opportunities for improvement. Observe sales managers in “live” coaching practices (pit stops/team meetings/1on1) andprovide constructive feedback. Provide thought leadership, coaching, and advisory support to leaders across Rogers 4Business. Work with stakeholders in person and in remote locations through other communicationmethods.

(e.g.) Skype, web conferencing, etc. Partner with Sales Management teams to establish goals, diagnose problems, determinetactical plans, and skills competencies to overcome challenges Develop and execute coaching plans for individual and sales teams to address performancegaps Participate and provide support during sales calls when required Accountable to produce reporting and monthly scorecard on key training and coachingactivities/initiatives and the impact of them on sales performanceCompetencies: University, College and/or Post Graduate Certificate is an asset in: Adult education, BusinessStudies, and Telecommunications Minimum 10 years of sales experience in business to business sales Minimum 5 years experience, in a sales leadership/management role Experience facilitating training within a B2B and/or sales environment within theTelecommunications segment Deep business experience a valued asset (e.g.) P&L ownership, Finance, Strategy, etc. Extensive experience working with C-level executives selling enterprise solutions Bilingual facilitation capability  Proven ability to coach and develop sales performance Coaching certification a valued asset, but not required (e.g.) ACC Accreditation Experience in performance consulting at the senior leadership level Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts Exceptional listening skills and emotional intelligence to read and interpret team and leaderdynamics Interest and passion for continuous improvement and leveraging the expertise of other teammembers Ability to self-direct and self-administer with limited administrative support Comfort with ambiguity and changing context Comfort with challenging others respectfully and encouraging spirited debate Strong ability to build high trust relationships with leaders at all levels that lead to repeatengagements Expert knowledge of sales enterprise distribution Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Advanced collaboration, decision making and negotiation skills Schedule: Full time Shift: Variable Length of Contract: Not Applicable (Regular Position) Work Location: 800, Gauchetiere O, Bureau 4000-Rogers(189), Montreal, QC Travel Requirements: Up to 50% Posting Category/Function: Human Resources & Trainers / Instructors Requisition ID: 177970 Together, we’ll make more possible, and these six shared values guide and define our work: Our people are at the heart of our successOur customers come first.
