Supervisor, Talent Acquisition – Administration and Plant

This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted November 26, 2021.

The Supervisor, Talent Acquisition Admin and Plant will lead the TA team in our two plants.

With a strong focus on metrics and process, the supervisor will ensure KPIs are achieved all while maximizing team engagement.

Furthermore, the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition Plant and Admin will be collaborating with functional leaders and hiring managers to identify the best talent both internal as well as external to hire for the organization.Tasks and Responsabilities Execute the Talent Acquisition strategy delivered by the Manager, TA including recruitment, sourcing and candidate experience Create a talent pool in alignment with Bath Fitter’s corporate strategy.

Execute the staffing needs forecast strategy.

Develop talent pipelines for new and existing markets.

Manage referral program.

Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in staffing using data collection, analysis and metrics.

Maintain and ensure all open requisitions, records, employment processes and all pertinent applicant and interview data are in full legal compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Ensure pre-screening and qualifying of all candidates.

Own and maintain employee onboarding strategies for STE and TN Ensure alignment on brand strategy through TA marketing Participate in TA innovation Team Management Lead and coach the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring clear goals and accountabilities are established and achieved.

Ensure individuals’ performance and development needs are met and employees are high performing and engaged.

Manage workload allocation and performance measures.

Coach and help develop hiring managers for best practices in Talent Acquisition Create and maintain a rewarding environment for the TA team Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.

Strong English communication skills Minimum 5 years of proven HR and recruiting leadership experience.

Experience with candidate sourcing using various sources such as internal, networking, professional organizations, internet and referrals.

Experience in Manufacturing and admin recruitment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point) and technology.

Experience in Project management Strong people leadership and capability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Solid understanding and knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices and strategic workforce planning.

Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

Ability to work collaboratively within a global environment.

Creativity on TA methods and strategies Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and team building skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability and willingness to travel 5-10% (Canada and USA).
