(Due to the current situation and measures in place related to Covid-19, you will be required to perform up to 100% of your role remotely for an indefinite period.)Responsible for working with the PMs to ensure successful execution and project management of multiple projects for a global brand.Plays a supporting role on Global brand to ensure projects are running smoothly, correctly and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesProject/Task Management:Under the direction of the PM(s), the JPM helps manage multiple projects to ensure smooth and accurate execution within established timeframes and budget parameters, operating independently and taking charge on routine issues.Participates following project initiation and interacts with internal resources & suppliers.Creates and updates internal status reports, contact reports, and other communications as required for internal team.Develops an in-depth and expert understanding of the client processes including financial and regulatory.

Takes the lead on all Veeva uploads.

Serves as Veeva champion and trainer for offsite coordinators.

Understands how to navigate the client portal to retrieve new documents.

Develops deep understanding of Tank/Client process, WRIKE and casserole.Business Management:Helps develop initial estimates and manages project budgets, costs, invoicing, etc.

Understands casserole and how to navigate finances.

Prepares and maintains the internal budget control report (BCR).

Provides the PM/Account Service teams with timely updates of projects tracking against budget.

Helps create project timelines within WRIKE.

Applies attention to detail to ensure all documents are error-free.Looks for consistency of messaging as well as creative among the brand projects.Has a topline understanding of the brand guidelines and brand style.

Ensure projects are trafficked properly through the TANK/Client project process.Team Orientation: Manages status of projects.

Keeps onsite and offsite team well informed of any potential concerns impacting client relationships or deliverables.

Rallies required internal/external resources to address specific issues and opportunities, assigns tasks, and ensures matters are brought to satisfactory resolution.

Ensures meetings are set up for success; Prints briefs for team,sets up computer on screens for team viewing, ensures technology is working so meeting can start on time.Personal Leadership and Accountability:Committed to excellence, personal and professional growth.Looks for ways to do things better, based on a passion for the business and the agency.Works with integrity on all projects and holds him/herself accountable for delivering on expectations.Seeks feedback, listens, and acts on it.

Assists in creating and building an agency culture that reinforces high levels of client service, operational excellence, commitment, respect and team spirit.Works collaboratively to ensure that work produced is consistently of the highest quality.Key competenciesBachelor degree in a relevant discipline; 1 to 2 years ofexperience in an advertising agency; healthcare communications an asset; Previous account management of global accounts considered an asset; Proven project management skills; Shows rigor – attention to detail and accuracy; Demonstrates problem solving ability; Demonstrates financial acumen; Communicates effectively in both oral and written communication; Multitasking and priority setting ability and able to work under pressure; in a fast-paced evolving and growing internal/external environments; Shows desire tolearn a deeper level of the business; Self-motivated,with a positive attitude; Proficient of Office 365; Knowledge of WRIKE is an asset; Fluentin English
