Key Responsibilities Pre-bid PhaseParticipation in the review and selection of potential design consultancy groups to provide Design services on Design Build projectsProject Bid PhaseCo-ordinate with the Project Director and bid team to ensure all technical requirements and design information is received, coordinated, understood and managedSelection of the appropriate design, product or techniques to deliver innovative solutions to projectsEnsuring the contract requirements are clear, deliverable and achievable.
